حول Axie Infinity (AXS/USD)
Axie Infinity, developed by Sky Mavis, became one of the defining projects of the 2021 NFT boom by demonstrating that blockchain games could generate real income for players, particularly in Southeast Asia where many players turned to Axie as a primary income source. Players earn SLP tokens by winning battles and completing quests, while AXS serves as the governance and staking layer for the broader ecosystem including the Ronin sidechain that Axie runs on. The play-to-earn model attracted hundreds of thousands of players but also created an inflationary token الاقتصاد that struggled to balance earnings with token supply. Sky Mavis has since rebuilt the game mechanics toward gameplay quality with Axie Infinity Origins. AXS/USD on StoicFX is a CFD, no AXS tokens are purchased or held on your behalf.

الأسئلة الشائعة
What happened to Axie Infinity's الاقتصاد and how has Sky Mavis responded?
Axie's original economy created a self-reinforcing cycle: rising token prices attracted more players, who earned more SLP, والذي required more breeding وAxie purchases, والذي pushed prices higher. When token prices peaked وnew player growth slowed, the model inverted, excess SLP supply collapsed token prices, players stopped earning meaningfully, وthe player base contracted rapidly. Sky Mavis responded by reducing SLP emissions, adding token sinks, rebuilding core game mechanics in Axie Infinity Origins, وexpanding Ronin as a gaming platform to diversify revenue beyond a single game.
ما هو the Ronin sidechain and why did Sky Mavis build it؟
Ronin is an Ethereum sidechain built by Sky Mavis to handle Axie Infinity's transaction volume at costs that made in-game actions economically viable. Ethereum mainnet fees in 2021 would have made breeding, trading, وbattling unaffordable for retail players. Ronin allows near-zero fee transactions by sacrificing some decentralization through a validator set controlled by Sky Mavis وpartners. Ronin has since opened to other gaming projects to expand beyond Axie.
What does AXS governance actually control؟
AXS holders can vote on changes to the Axie Infinity Community Treasury, والذي accumulates fees من Axie breeding, marketplace trades, وRonin validator rewards. Governance proposals can direct treasury funds toward game development, ecosystem grants, or token buybacks. AXS stakers also earn a portion of the treasury's yield as staking rewards.
هل التداول AXS/USD on StoicFX mean I hold tokens?
لا. AXS/USD على StoicFX is a Contract for Difference. You trade AXS's price against the US dollar without holding any tokens. To play Axie Infinity, stake for rewards, vote on governance proposals, or earn من Ronin ecosystem activity, you would need actual AXS tokens in a Ronin or Ethereum-compatible wallet.
