Harmony divides its network into four shards, each processing a subset of transactions in parallel. Each shard maintains its own state وruns its own BFT consensus with a subset of validators. Harmony’s ecosystem rebuilding effort has focused on attracting new protocols, improving developer tooling, وrestoring user confidence through the recovery plan.
