How to read your partner reports

Your partner portal brings together offer terms, referral information and rebate reports. Start with the offer that applies to your partnership, then use the reports to review activity for the period you need.

Start with your offer

Open Offers in the Partner menu. Expand an offer to see its rebate rule, payout type and rate.

Use the terms attached to your partnership when checking commissions. A rate shown for one offer does not establish the rate for every partner or every type of trading activity. Read your partner agreement alongside the offer details.

Review the monthly summary

Open IB Analytics to review the reporting categories available in your account. The Payout view separates rebate and affiliate summaries and displays direct, indirect and total series.

Check the period and the summary you are viewing before comparing figures. A monthly summary and a detailed report filtered to Today cover different periods.

Look at the detailed rebate report

Open Rebate Report when you need to examine individual rows. The report includes date and direction filters, search and an export control.

The displayed columns include symbol, volume, direction, payout and Paid. Use those fields to investigate the activity behind a summary. Check the meaning of a field with support if it is unclear; do not assume the Paid column alone establishes that money has reached an external account.

If the report is empty, first check the selected date range and filters. An empty Today view does not establish that your account has no historical rebate activity.

Keep comparisons consistent

Use the same reporting period and filters when comparing a summary with an export. Keep the export date with your records so you know when the figures were retrieved.

If two reports still disagree, note the offer, date range and relevant report rows when contacting support. Avoid posting client details or account identifiers publicly.

Before you promote an offer

Read the affiliate terms and the agreement that applies to you. Confirm the offer conditions before quoting a rate to others.
