Following its infrastructure rebuild, Sky Mavis opened Ronin to third-party game developers. Games including Pixels, a farming RPG that drove significant Ronin user growth in 2024, Wild Forest, Lumiterra, and others have launched on the chain. Pixels in particular attracted hundreds of thousands of daily active users at its peak, demonstrating that Ronin could support gaming activity beyond Axie’s own player base. The expansion into multi-game hosting is central to Ronin’s transition from a single-app chain to a gaming blockchain.
